What is the standard shipping timeframe for Nanoleaf products?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do Nanoleaf lights require a dedicated hub to operate?
Most Nanoleaf products connect directly via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Thread and do not require a proprietary hub. However, for certain advanced features or remote access, a compatible smart home hub like Apple HomePod or Amazon Echo may be recommended.
What is your return policy for open or used items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our online store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Please note that shipping fees for returns may apply unless the product is defective.
Are Nanoleaf light panels compatible with voice assistants?

All Nanoleaf hardware comes with a standard 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, accidents, or third-party modifications.
Can I expand my existing Nanoleaf setup later on?
Absolutely. Our modular systems are designed to grow with your space. You can purchase Expansion Packs to add more panels or strips to your existing Smarter Kit, provided you stay within the maximum power supply limits.
