We want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lighting setup. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your Nanoleaf products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Ensure all light panels, controllers, and power supplies are placed securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
